While the pricing setup was somewhat tricky to grasp initially, it remains the top choice for anyone wanting to create a list from the ground up, WAY better than Community in my opinion. You receive WAY more than you expected.

"Service Functions Great, But Pricing's a Head-Scratcher"
The service functions great overall. However, I’m not a fan of the pricing—it’s pretty confusing with so many variables. You've got the number of users, text messages, and segments to consider (using emojis can really rack up the segments, and texting gets EXPENSIVE). I’d much rather see a flat rate, and it would be nice if they bundled the charges instead of hitting your card with little amounts all the time.

"Awesome option"
SuperPhone is an awesome option for both individual and group texting. Their customer support is solid. It looks like they cater to a wide range of needs, from influencers to big companies, and offer a bunch of features (like APIs). I reckon they could do a better job of organizing these features for various scenarios and find more avenues to grow the product.

"Superphone is Awesome"
We're utilizing Superphone for an Influencer who has more than 1 Million followers. Gotta say, this is one of the top tools for creating a strong bond with your audience and converting them into paying clients. Even if you run an online store, I'd totally suggest giving it a shot, as it allows you to categorize your customers and communicate with them one-on-one. The support team is super friendly and really helpful.
